We want you to be completely satisfied with Filezzy. We encourage all users to thoroughly test our free tools before purchasing a Day Pass or Pro subscription to ensure our service meets your needs. All payments are processed securely by our payment provider.
Subscription Refunds
General Policy
Due to the digital nature of our services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We generally do not provide refunds for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Failure to cancel before automatic renewal
- Unused portion of subscription period
- Features working as described
- Services that have been fully delivered
When Refunds May Be Granted

Service availability: Filezzy is a cloud-based service. Brief or minor outages, maintenance windows, or intermittent connectivity issues do not qualify for refunds. Refunds for unavailability may only be considered when the service has been substantially inaccessible for an extended period due to our technical failure. We are not liable for third-party infrastructure, network, or cloud provider issues.
When Refunds Are Not Granted
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Brief or minor service outages, maintenance windows, or intermittent unavailability
- Failure to use the service during the subscription period
- Dissatisfaction with features that work as documented
- Incompatibility with your specific use case (test free version first)
- Price changes after your purchase
- Forgetting to cancel before renewal
EU/EEA Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have specific rights under the Consumer Rights Directive:
14-Day Cooling-Off Period
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
However, by using Filezzy's premium services immediately after purchase, you acknowledge that:
- You request immediate access to the service
- You understand that using the service before the cooling-off period expires means you lose your right to cancel
- Once the service has been fully performed, the right of withdrawal is lost

Subscription Cancellation

What Happens After Cancellation

No Partial Refunds

Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback with your bank, please contact us first. Chargebacks involve fees and may result in account suspension. We're committed to resolving issues directly and fairly.
Free Services
Our free tools are provided without charge. Since no payment is involved, refund policies do not apply to free services.
