Are my files safe?

- We never access or view your file contents
Do you store my files?
Files are temporarily stored for processing. Retention varies by tier: Guest 1 hr, Free/Day Pass 1 month, Pro 6 months. You can also manually delete files immediately after downloading.
Can Filezzy employees see my files?
No. File processing is fully automated. No human ever views, accesses, or analyzes your uploaded files.
Who has access to my files?
Only you. Your files are processed by our automated systems and are not accessible to our staff or any third parties.
Do you use my files to train AI?
No. We never use uploaded files for AI training, machine learning, or any purpose other than completing your requested operation.
